Storefront data
The storefront uses an essential, signed, HttpOnly cookie to restore a basket for up to 30 days. It may contain a basket identifier, a saved package selection, and short-lived authorization state. No separate customer account is created.
Checkout and service providers
Tebex receives the customer information needed for checkout, taxes, fraud checks, payment, and delivery. The storefront sends the customer IP address when creating a Tebex basket. Consult Tebex’s privacy policy for its handling of personal information.
Operational records
The configured Redis service retains payment status and timestamps for 90 days, webhook event IDs for 30 days, rate-limit counters for 60 seconds, and short-lived basket locks. Full webhook payloads, names, emails, and payment card details are not stored by this application. Hosting access logs follow the host’s retention settings.
